Modular Cleanroom Partition System

Modular cleanrooms are specially engineered facilities designed for applications that demand strict control over environmental conditions. They are widely used in biological and chemical research, as well as in the manufacturing of high-precision products. These cleanrooms are designed in accordance with the ISO 14644 classification system, which defines cleanroom grades based on the permissible concentration of airborne particles.

To maintain required cleanliness levels, modular cleanrooms are equipped with advanced filtration systems, typically using HEPA and ULPA filters. These high-efficiency filters are capable of removing up to 99.9% of airborne particulates through optimized airflow techniques. Depending on the application, cleanrooms may operate under positive pressure to prevent external contaminants from entering, or negative pressure to contain contaminants within the space. The choice of pressure regime is determined by the specific process and safety requirements.

Our modular cleanroom systems are designed using high-quality modular wall panels, doors, and view windows, enabling compliance with Class 1,000, Class 10,000, and Class 100,000 cleanroom standards. Backed by strong technical expertise, our team integrates standardized modular panel systems with appropriate cleanroom components to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable cleanroom solutions tailored to your operational needs.
